Folding Wedge Table

The wood in this case is White Oak.  It’s good quality but the color isn’t consistent in all the material to be used.  There are noticeable differences.  The solution is to put it to use by making the piece symmetrically color balanced.  The color change can be enhanced by the inclusion of a strip of veneer on the joint line.  The design of this table lends itself to such gymnastics.
